As an added service to state or federally funded schools, colleges, and
select city / state / federal entities, we will accept purchase orders at
the time of costume rental.
You may place as many orders as you wish on the same purchase order number, providing you have not exceeded the allowed dollar limit stated on your purchase order. You may also use your purchase order to make purchases at www.kccostumeshop.com. Refer to the link “Instructions for using a PO when shopping online” from the store’s homepage for more information.
A faxed copy of your purchase order must be received prior to the shipping of your product or wardrobe. Please fax us a copy of your purchase order no later than 72 hours from placing an order. Please notify us if you need an extension.
You will receive an invoice for the services rendered.
Please note that invoices left unpaid for longer than 30 days may cause
you to be ineligible for our purchase order program in the future.
