As an added service to schools (grade k-12), colleges, and select city/ state/ federal entities, we will accept purchase orders at the time of sale or costume rental.

WE MAKE IT EASY:

1) At checkout, select the “Print and Call” payment option and let us know in the “comment” box that you will be paying via purchase order (a phone call is not necessary).

2) Within 5 business days, fax a copy of your purchase order (along with your tax exempt letter, if applicable) to 816-221-6699 and reference your online order number. We will not be able to ship until the PO is received.

3) For accuracy in billing purposes, please fax a copy of the PO following each online purchase, regardless if you have faxed the same PO to us on a previous order.

Please note that invoices left unpaid for longer than 30 days may cause you to be ineligible for our purchase order program in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse purchase orders for any reason.
